Three ways to begin
Each offer addresses a different part of the same subject. None requires the others, and there is no set order in which to approach them.

The three offers below suit slightly different situations — an owner assessing overall readiness, a company that needs a short continuity document in place, and an individual preparing for a handover conversation. If it isn't clear which fits, that itself is a reasonable question to raise before deciding anything.
Succession Readiness Review
A structured review of how prepared your company is for a change of leadership, presented as observations.
- One interview round
- Written report within 3 weeks
- Readiness summary by area
Continuity Plan Preparation
A short, usable document setting out who acts if a key person becomes unexpectedly unavailable.
- Two working sessions, 4 weeks
- Stored contact schedule
- Annual review note
Handover Coaching Session
A private session for the person taking over or stepping back, on the practical side of transition.
- One two-hour session
- Niigata or online
- Written notes for participant
How to choose
A few situations, and where they usually point:
- If you are unsure how prepared the company is overall, the Readiness Review is usually the right starting point.
- If you already know the gaps and want something written down quickly, the Continuity Plan may be more direct.
- If a handover date is approaching and the practical conversation hasn't happened yet, the Coaching Session addresses that directly.
If none of these feels quite right, a short exchange beforehand can help clarify which applies.

What every offer includes
Every engagement, regardless of scope, includes a written document you keep, a plain explanation of what was found or agreed, and the option to ask follow-up questions afterward without additional charge for reasonable clarification.
On the investment
Prices are set to reflect the time involved rather than the perceived value of the outcome, and are stated in full before any engagement is confirmed. There is no subscription or ongoing fee attached to any of the three offers.
Questions before deciding
Do I need to know which offer I want before contacting you?
No. A short exchange beforehand is a normal part of working out what fits.
Can sessions be held online?
Yes, where the offer allows it — this is noted on each offer's page.
Is there any obligation after an initial conversation?
No. An initial exchange does not commit you to proceeding with any offer.
